Hi, I’m Erik Warren.

I am a tech leader with 10+ years experience in software and a passion for product and experience design. I have a desire to make awesome stuff and to do so with genuine, authentic people.

For me, awesome stuff means products or services that solve real problems and make peoples lives better. Products that make the world better.

I pride myself on being able to understand the nuances of customer journeys, being able to empathize with the customer on an intimate level, and finding an appreciation for the pain points and moments of friction they experience along the way. From there, we open our eyes to opportunities for amazing innovations that can be actualized through iterative agile design sprints.

Throughout this creative process, there is an incredible story to be told and I pride myself on being a great storyteller. A lot goes in to telling a great story and it may need to be adjusted depending on where we are in the design/development process and the audience we have in front of us. Being able to hammer home how the insights and secrets we've discovered along the creative journey uniquely positions us and our stakeholders to show up as the hero is key. I want everybody in the audience to feel like we are on this journey together and that they have a stake in the game. At precisely the right moment we introduce our product and let it speak for itself as the star of our show and lay the groundwork for where we need to go next and how we will get there together.
